Privacy notice

Tourfix (Pty) Ltd (“TourFix”) is the responsible party for personal information collected on tourfix.co.za, under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

• When you register interest: your name, email, mobile, club or company, region and message.
• When you are invited as a partner: your name, email, organisation and region; your acceptance of our confidentiality undertaking (typed name, time, IP address and browser); and a record of when you sign in and which presentations you view.

Why

To respond to your enquiry, to share confidential partner information with the people we have invited, to keep a record of their undertaking, and to keep the portal secure. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

TourFix and Crane Ridge, which administers TourFix, and our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions.

How long

Enquiries for up to two years. Partner acceptance records for as long as the undertaking applies, plus five years.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing info@tourfix.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
